As God originally created man as perfect, we are now very imperfect. God’s original creation was a masterpiece of art but look at us now, we are broken masterpieces. The idea of this title came from a song by Switchfoot called “The Economy of Mercy”. In this blog I will be examining faith, culture, politics, world events and life in general. My opinions and conclusions will be filled with my biases and prejudices. I am a broken masterpiece, trying to learn more about the Creator of this world. I’ve been inspired to write a blog from the book by Hugh Hewitt called “In, But Not Of” as a way to express and work through my opinions. It is my hope, that through this blog, that I can become a better writer and also remember events of this world a bit better.
