So, just in the last few weeks and months we've seen the media totally misjudge the main action in Iraq, blast Arnold at the last minute of a campaign with few bits of hard evidence (and totally distorted what he said about Hitler), Jayson Blair, ignore most of the Kay Preliminary Report, ignore the progress in rebuilding Iraq, branding Rush a racist and much more. I think all they are doing is trying to please each other. These "insiders" know nothing of the real world that most of us live in.
The best part is that people are learning that you just cannot trust the old media much. There are some exceptions but the Internet and talk radio is proving over and over again that the old media is hardly worth trusting. It's a new paradigm and they just aren't keeping up.
