My prediction... the old man will blow Edwards away when it comes to foreign policy. I hope President Bush is watching.

First, his counter to Edwards on the sacrifice of the Iraqis hit hard and to the point. Second, he brought Kerry's record into play, especially his policy vis a vis national security over the past twenty years or so.
I know what it's like to be the "kicker" in a fight and I also know what it's like to be the "kickee." In this debate, the vice president was the kicker and John Edwards was the kickee.
Now the President needs to take advantage of the path that's been cleared for him.
