San Diego City Council Approves "Living Wage"

SignOnSanDiego.com > News > Metro -- City Council adopts living-wage ordinance - Here's a great way to get a city out of debt, make it harder for businesses to succeed.

"This is absolutely devastating. There's a great chance I'll have to close down," said Kevin Sullivan, who runs a gas station on the ipayOne Center at the Sports Arena property, leased by the city. He estimated his payroll would jump by $100,000 a year.

This is reality. The people hurt the most are the ones actually providing jobs. Nice social engineering.
