Update - 5/27/06

I've been busy so I haven't posted in quite a while. Here's some of the latest:

  • I think, despite some of the controversy, MySpace is amazing. I've been using it to find old friends. My MySpace page is here.
  • Between work and Little League I don't have much free time. It will change in about 2 weeks.
  • Check out info on the Switchfoot Bro-Am. It's on June 3rd in Encinitas.
  • My wife's uncle died a few days ago. His funeral was today. It was great to see so many people we haven't seen for a while but it's hard to see people in such pain. Uncle Felix was a great man.
  • Check out this great band, The Cheat.
  • I'm still pretty darn burned out on politics.
  • My parents leave for Israel on Monday. I pray they have a great time and are safe.
  • My 5th grader saw the "movie" last week. He just doesn't seem to care about girls yet but the communication lines are open. Reading Chicken's Guide to Talking Turkey with Your Kids About Sex, A just in case.
  • The mighty Switchfoot is already working on a new album along with the house band, Parker Theory.
  • Nomar Garciaparra has been quite the pick-up for the Dodgers. He's playing like he did in his prime for the Red Sox.
  • My bathroom reading has been Walk On: The Spiritual Journey Of U2. A pretty darn good book and it gives a great insight to U2, the greatest band ever.
  • My 7 year old has been listening to the Blues Brothers lately. I need to show him this.
  • My next CD to buy is We Don't Need to Whisper by Angels & Airwaves.
