It's Still All About Bill

My Way News

Former President Bill Clinton, angrily defending his efforts to capture Osama bin Laden, accused the Bush administration of doing far less to stop the al Qaeda leader before the September 11 attacks.

It's so sad to see former President Clinton act like this. He's clearly in need of attention. History is clear that Clinton was very distracted with the whole Lewinsky scandal and even when he took action he never took the action needed to get UBL. He can say all he wants but he does not have history on his side. At the end of his presidency he was so concerned about his legacy, especially with Israel and the Palestinians. When he left office he was focused on pardons, gift registries and drawing attention to himself, especially on inauguration day.

Bill needs to go back to raising money to fight AIDS, extreme poverty and helping to make the environment better. I just don't think that keeps Bill happy though. History will look back at him as a very irrelevant and unimportant presidents ever. He was smart enough to go along with the Republican majorities and claim things they started as his.

"What other people think about me is none of my business" - unknown origin

For Clinton, Patron Saint of narcissistic Baby Boomers, its quite the opposite. If "The Path to 9-11" bothered him so much, maybe we need more such miniseries:

1. "The Path to Deceit - Why it's OK now to Lie in Court"
2. "The Path to Decadence - Why teenagers no longer think think oral s** is s**"
3. "The Path to Anarchy - attack those who call out bad behavior"
