Up until last Fall, I had flown Delta for many years. This account is consistent with my experience. One of their dirty tricks is to change to smaller aircraft when bookings are low. Usually it meant people got bumped and upgrades denied. Another was to blame the weather on delays when it was clearly not the case. $$$$$$
As for the behavior of the passenger, also consistent. Just watch ‘em cram the overhead bins with their Walmart junk. And yes, I believe they’re the same people you see weaving between lanes on the freeway. Me, me, me.
Let us not forget – the major airlines are going broke because they are being fleeced by labor unions.
