Paul Ryan has the knowledge and persuasive abilities needed to have a high profile leadership role in Congress. During the 2012 Presidential campaign he wanted to do outreach to poorer areas but was turned down except in one case. Ryan needs to be let loose to explain the economic problems facing our country, not just to the conservative choir but to the rest of the country.
