Nobody loves junk food more than me but we all must do better in this area, especially with our children. People getting about 7% of their calories from soda is just not good. That’s 100% sugar. I highly recommend switching to diet soda or just cutting it out all together. Switching to diet is very hard but if you grunt it out (I switched back in the days of Tab) you can save a lot of calories.
Also, if drinking fruit juices make sure they are 100% juice.
