For Obama, Govt. Handouts = “Tax Cuts”.
Rather, Barack has simply redefined the meaning of “tax cut.” He’s counting refundable “tax credits” — that is, government handouts — as “tax cuts,” and planning to subsidize them by sharp income tax increases on “the wealthy.”
