2004 - What I'd Like To See Happen

There are many things we all want to see happen. Here are a few of mine:

1. The capture of Usama Bin Laden
   
2. The people of Iraq will not need a US military presence anymore as they establish a real government based on human dignity, liberty and freedom.
   
3. The church doesn't forget about the incredible problems in Africa.
   
4. The re-election of President Bush
   
5. More Senate seats for the Republicans
   
6. Courage for the Republicans to educate Americans about how the far-left judges are eroding treasured parts of our country.
   
7. The people who made a living out of being a moron (Jessica Simpson, Paris Hilton, etc.) will just fade away and artists who emphasize striving for greatness instead of shooting for glory will rise to the top.
   
8. Artists that make their living exploiting women or women artists who exploit themselves will instead focus on their craft.
   
9. Other San Diego bands follow in the path of Switchfoot and have some success. Those bands include Roosevelt, This Holiday Life, Reeve Oliver and Noise Ratchet.
   
10. Champ Car racing survives 2004 and begins a turnaround that brings it back to it's former glory.
    
11. That cable shows would quite talking about celebrity trials and focuses on issues that matter to this country and to the world.
    
12. The continued growth and influence of the blogosphere.
