A-Rod going to the Yankees leaves two huge losers. The Red Sox lose because the Yankees get A-Rod for about $16 million per year when the Red Sox basically had only about $3 million more per year once Manny Ramirez's contract was factored out. The Rangers lose because they are still paying more than $60 million in total for a guy they won't even have anymore. The Yankees are huge winners here. A-Rod is an amazing player who the Yankees actually get at a bargain.
